Q: Is there warranty service ?

Q: What material is the diffuser made of?
A:It’s resin-like material. It feels very smooth and looks charming.
Q:Can the diffuser be used with citrus oils?
A: Yes, it works well with oils like orange and lemon. But please use rag or tissue to wipe it if oil drop on it.
Q: Does it automatically shut off when water runs out?
A: Yes, built in smart sensor, it will turn off automatically when there’s no water.
Q: How to switch mist from continuous mode to intermittent mode?
A: Press “ON/OFF” button, it’s on continuous mist mode. Press it again, it will be on intermittent mist mode.
Q: Is it easy to clean?
A:Yes, Remove the lid, find the simple white plastic, wipe it with paper towels gently 2-3 times a week .
Q: Is it BPA free?
A: Yes, it’s BPA free, perfect for kids, old people, pregnant women etc.
Q: Does oils/fragrances come with the diffuser?
A: No, it doesn’t, oil is not included.
Q: If there’s no mist coming out, what can I do?
A: Do not add water over the Max line marked inside; Clean the internal ultrasonic wave vibration board inside of the water tank with paper towels or small soft brushes gently
