Q: Is there warranty service ?
A: Yes, we provide every product in our store 1 year free replacement if there’s product quality problems. If you need any help of product/installation/operation, you also can contact us to solve it for you
Q: Where does the adapter locate?
A: It’s in the water tank. If you cannot find it everywhere, plz contact us.
Q: How long will it run?
A: It can run up to 18 hrs on low mist with 530ml water, covering 300sf.
Q: Does it automatically shut off when water runs out?
A: Yes, built in smart sensor, it will turn off automatically when there’s no water.
Q: How to switch mist from weak to strong?
A: Press and hold the timer button below “ON”. 1 beep is strong mist. Press and hold it again, it will beep twice for weak mist.
Q: Is it easy to clean?
A:Yes, Remove the lid, find the simple white plastic, wipe it with paper towels gently 2-3 times a week .
Q:Can it be used with citrus oils?
A: Yes, it works well with oils like orange and lemon. But please avoid the oil dropping on the wood grain cover to damage it.
Q: Is it BPA free?
A: Yes, it’s BPA free, perfect for kids, old people, pregnant women etc.
Q: Does oils/fragrances come with the diffuser?
A: No, it doesn’t, oil is not included.
Q: If there’s no mist coming out, what can I do?
A: Do not add water over the Max line marked inside; Clean the internal ultrasonic wave vibration board inside of the water tank with paper towels or small soft brushes gently
