HOW TO USE?
BATH:
The MRS Essential Oils were originally developed to enhance your regenerative Magnesium Flakes Bath. However, they are excellent for your casual daily bath too. How? Just add 10-15 drops to your bath tub and enjoy.
MASSAGE:
Mix up to 30 drops of the essential oil with your carrier massage oil (use whatever you prefer, olive oil, grape seed oil, or any other).
AROMATHERAPY:
Pour a couple of drops (depending how intense you want the aroma to be (2-3 drops should be enough to start with) to you aroma diffuser or to air humidifier. Done. Enjoy!
