The hot tub formulas are the same as the bath formulas, only a larger quantity of mineral. Each bag treats up to 400 gallons of water and will last 90 days! No negative impact on the plumbing, jets, filters etc. There is slight increase in Alkalinity for the first week (That is the Bicarbonate) but then after the first week a person just treats the hot tub as normal. Medicine Springs will not be affected by the chemicals you use in your hot tub.
